Former Wait Staff of Doric House Restaurant Interviewed

HCHS Intern Corinne Kosar, left, had the opportunity to interview former wait staff of the Doric House Restaurant, Lorraine Schroedel, who worked here in the 1950s. Lorraine shared the layout of the building as a restaurant and stories about the food and clientele. She even brought several menus!

Corinne is compiling the complete history of the 1846 headquarters of the Society for future planning and interpretation.
