Flemington House Tours June 6, 2026
Join us for the annual Flemington House Tours hosted by the borough’s Historic Preservation Commission.
That tour will feature roughly a dozen private homes, gardens, and public buildings — offering a rare glimpse into Flemington’s eclectic architecture. Highlights include the largest collection of Victorian-style buildings outside Cape May (with early 20th-century examples too), as well as striking specimens of Greek Revival, Gothic Colonial Revival, and Second Empire styles. More than 65% of Flemington’s structures are listed on the National Register.
You can get tickets in advance HERE for $30 or by purchasing them at the Hunterdon County Chamber of Commerce Building (the Reading-Large mansion) on the day of the event for $40. The event runs from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Also on June 6, Ed Fimbel III will be at the Flemington Public Library’s second floor beginning at 11 a.m., where HCHS has its Native American exhibition. There will be programs for children at noon and 1 p.m., and he will answer questions and discuss the exhibition.
HCHS will resume offering docent-led tours of Lindbergh’s Flemington beginning June 13 from 1 to 4 p.m. with tours every half-hour until 3:30 p.m. The exhibition closes on Saturday, June 27.
