The Deremer-Wilson Farm To clarify who owned the property before the Rittenhouse family came along, I ended up going back to the very first proprietary owner. Oddly enough, Abraham Deremer, the first person to settle on the original 185 acres, failed to record his own deed. So he ends up being the broken link in the chain.
